How it works

The inner section, lined with soft silicone, applies gentle pressure around your nipple to draw it out and stretch underlying adhesions. The rigid outer section separates the nipple from the bra and leaves space to collect milk.

How and when to use it

When nursing your baby with one breast, use the shell to collect leaking milk from the other one. When you're finished, wear shells on both breasts and collect the rest. Pouring hole up! You can even wear them at night, leaking is unlikely.

Pregnancy usage

Wear for 10 hours daily during the 3rd trimester to correct flat nipples. Use the shells for as long as it is comfortable during the whole pregnancy to help your breasts get ready for breastfeeding, as they can increase the leaking of breast milk or colostrum.
